We are a house-call pet grooming service. Meaning that we bring our services to the comfort of your own home. Say goodbye to long waits at the pet shop.

We require close proximity to an electricity outlet and access to a water point for us to groom and shower your pet. We will also require the use of your pet's own shampoo and towel for hygiene and/or medical concerns.

We understand that this is an important concern of our clients.Rest assured, we are devoted in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene in our client's premises. We will spare no efforts in the cleaning up process.

We will have to muzzle your dog/cat if it is aggressive. There will be an additional charge if your pet is extremely difficult to manage.We will try our best but if your dog/cat is impossible to handle, we will not be able to carry out the grooming and the transport charge still applies.

Appointment basis only. Monday - Saturday (24 hours)We will try our best to accommodate to your schedule, however, to avoid disappointment, clients are encouraged to make reservations in advance.We are usually booked ahead for 3-7 days.We reserve the right to impose a surcharge of $30 in the case of a No-Show or if the Client/Pet(s) are unavailable.

We prefer Paynow or Paylah payment but we also accept Cash.

There will be a transportation fee from $20.
